Returns & Exchanges

At Vintage Closet of Kamali, we want you to cherish your unique finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all vintage items are returned in their original condition with all boutique tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request using your order number and email address.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including the packing slip and any authenticity certificates provided with your vintage garment.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our curators inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
